Do Ploom points expire?
Yes - Ploom points do expire.
When you earn Ploom points, they're valid for two calendar years. For example, that means if you earn points on the 15th June 2022, your Ploom points lifespan will last until the 31st December 2023.
It's a good idea to check at the end of each calendar year to see if you've got any points that are due to expire, and see what your membership level is.
