How do I claim against my warranty?
To make a Ploom X Advanced warranty claim, get in touch and our Ploom Care Team will be happy to help. You can also head over to a Ploom Store to make a claim in person.
We'll run a few tests to see what the problem is and figure out if we can fix your Ploom X Advanced.
