If a stick breaks and gets stuck, how do I get it out?

If a part of your tobacco stick gets stuck in the heating chamber, here's what to do:
 

1. Turn your Ploom device off and wait for it to cool down. 
2. Once it has cooled, grab a pair of non-metallic tweezers and take the stick out. It's really important that you use non-metallic tweezers as using metal could be dangerous. 
3. Make sure you remove the stick as carefully as possible, so you don't scratch or damage the inside of the heating chamber.
