When I use Ploom X Advanced, the tobacco stick is moving. Is this normal?
No.
Your Ploom X Advanced device has four gripping ribs at the top of the oven, which help hold the our tobacco stick in place so that it doesn't move while you are using your device.
If the stick is moving, it means that you might not have inserted it properly. Please make sure that you have pushed the tobacco stick in up to the printed line (so that the printed line is aligned with the top of the device).
