If I cancel my order, will you refund me?
If you cancel your order and we haven't sent out your Ploom X Advanced yet, we'll refund you straight away.
If we've already sent out your Ploom X Advanced, we'll refund you as soon as we receive your return - usually within 14 working days. Your refund will go to the payment method you used when you placed your order.
