I've changed my mind. How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it from your Account Dashboard/My orders.

If your order has been shipped, you can return it if you've changed your mind. Follow the instructions  on our website, or get in touch to speak to the Ploom Care team.
